Whats Included in the Managed Web Hosting & Maintenance package?
Managed Web Hosting & Maintenance is required to keep your website up and running. Depending on the package you have taken out, this monthly plan may be required soon as the website is completed or maybe required 6 or 12 months later. If you don’t pay your website hosting fees, your website & emails access will be taken down until you setup your hosting package. After you have setup your hosting package you must make sure you keep your card details up-to date to ensure you miss no payments otherwise website hosting will be suspended until paid.
Can I move my website elsewhere to another hosting company?
You can move your website elsewhere to another hosting company yes but you will be responsible for if your website goes down & be responsible for domain name renewals. Some hosting companies will delete your entire website if your bill is not paid, you will then have to rebuild your website or pay a web designer to start the website again. If you plan on editing the website after it’s moved to another host you will be required to purchase the Elementor PRO License and purchase a caching if you feel you need this.
Who moves my website?
We will only package up the website you for. You will receive access to download the website database file and website system files and data. You will then have to setup the hosting your self with another company. We can move it for you but we will charge you for this.
